Held & Healed is a transformational coaching and therapeutic healing practice supporting individuals and consultancy supporting leaders, and teams to reconnect with themselves, heal the roots of emotional patterns, and lead from a place of wholeness rather than survival. Our work blends shadow work, inner child healing, nervous system awareness, and organisational insight to create meaningful, lasting change, personally and professionally. We exist for people who are capable, caring, and outwardly “functioning,” yet feel internally disconnected, burnt out, or stuck in cycles that no longer serve them.
