About Me…

Hi, I’m Hannah, a dedicated transformational coach with a passion for deep inner work and emotional healing. I have an educational background in psychology (BSc in Psychology and MSc in Business and Occupational Psychology), and a professional background applying psychology within business. I have spent over 10 years applying Behavioural Science, Neuroscience and Psychology to enable Change and Transformation and Leadership Development in business.

I have also guided individuals toward self-discovery, personal empowerment, and meaningful life shifts. I work with emotionally intelligent individuals to reveal a greater depth to themselves and explore strategies that lead to a more fulfilling life.

Trained in Shadow Work and Inner Child Healing, I’m helping clients explore the unconscious patterns, emotional wounds, and limiting beliefs that shape their lives. Through a compassionate and holistic approach, I create a safe space for individuals to reconnect with their inner child, integrate their shadow self, and step into greater self-acceptance and wholeness.

Combining coaching techniques with deep process psychotherapy, guided reflection, and mindset work, I support clients in:

 - Uncovering and transforming self-sabotaging patterns

 - Healing unresolved emotional wounds with self- compassion

- Releasing shame, fear, and limiting beliefs

- Embracing their authentic, empowered self

Professional Background

Hannah’s work has always centred around one question: What really drives human behaviour and what actually creates lasting change?

With a foundation in Psychology (BSc) and Business & Occupational Psychology (MSc), she began her career applying behavioural science within organisations working at the intersection of people, performance, and transformation. Over the past decade, Hannah has partnered with senior leaders, executives, and large-scale organisations to design and deliver complex transformation programmes. Her work has spanned leadership development, organisational design, culture change, and behavioural transformation always grounded in evidence-based psychology and neuroscience. She has worked at the highest levels of organisations, shaping people strategies alongside Chief People Officers and Executive Teams, and leading initiatives that influence thousands of employees.

Her approach has never been surface-level. Rather than focusing only on processes or performance, Hannah specialised in understanding the human systems beneath them; the beliefs, behaviours, emotional drivers, and unconscious patterns that shape how people lead, relate, and make decisions.

She became known for her ability to:

  • Diagnose the deeper behavioural blockers behind organisational challenges

  • Translate complex psychology into practical, meaningful change

  • Design interventions that don’t just look good on paper—but actually shift how people think, feel, and show up

But over time, something became increasingly clear. Even in high-performing organisations… even with the best strategies, frameworks, and leadership programmes…

There was a limit to how much transformation could happen without deeper inner work.

Because behind every leadership behaviour, behind every cultural dynamic, behind every decision… there are people. People carrying unprocessed emotions, unconscious patterns, protective behaviours and old wounds shaping present-day reactions. No amount of external change, even in the healthiest and most functional of organisational systems could fully transform that.

Alongside her corporate career, Hannah had always been drawn to the deeper layers of human experience; self-discovery, emotional healing, and inner transformation. This led her to train in Shadow Work and Inner Child Healing, expanding beyond traditional coaching into deeper, more integrative approaches that work with the unconscious mind and emotional body. What she discovered changed everything. The same patterns she had been observing in organisations systems eg over-functioning, control, disconnection, fear, burnout, people-pleasing, were not just “workplace issues.” They were human patterns in societal systems. These couldn’t be solved at the level they were showing up, there’s no point just examining these patterns at the symptoms, the patterns needed to be met at the root.

Held & Healed was created at the intersection of these two worlds: The science of behaviour change and the depth of emotional healing

It exists to go beyond surface-level development and into the kind of work that creates real, lasting transformation. Today, Hannah works with emotionally intelligent individuals, often those who are already holding space for others. Her work combines coaching, deep process therapeutic practice, behavioural science, and guided inner work to support change that is not just intellectual, but embodied.

At its core, our work is driven by a bigger vision: to improve the psychological state of the world. Because when individuals feel safer within themselves, when they are more connected, self-aware, and emotionally resourced, the way they lead, relate, and show up in the world changes. And that ripple effect moves through local, global and meta systems: relationships, teams, workplaces and communities.

Held & Healed isn’t just about personal growth. It’s about creating a world where the people shaping others; leaders, coaches, therapists, facilitators, are supported, resourced, and deeply connected to themselves. The depth we can take others to will always be limited by the depth we’ve allowed ourselves to go.
