“Hannah has a particular strength in her holding. It is gentle yet boundaried, like cushions surrounding me.

I felt safe that Hannah was with me whilst I continued to explore my internal world and connect with distant joyful and challenging memories. This meant that during any moments of disassociation, I was gently brought back into the room with Hannah’s voice and questions.

I feel that I have more agency, and that I am equal to others. If I sense that someone is not being upfront with me, I ask them directly what is happening or what is going on between us, rather than allowing the situation to meander into a state of unknowns. Therefore I feel a lot of clarity of who I am, where I start and others begin. I am now more discerning about who I want in my life.”

“I was really impressed with her ability to pull threads out of the many thing I was talking about, and to express them back to me clearly.

I found the session very interesting and liberating. I had been mentally stewing about an issue and arrived at it really being much more about my relationship with myself and my journey.

That was very freeing as it is easier (though not easy) to work on the self than try to shift a relationship with another person, The session helped me get to this point and I was truly grateful for this insight yesterday as I had spent the earlier part of the day in a very stressful situation. “Hannah has a very friendly demeanour and good rapport building and I found it very easy to feel at ease with her. I was very comfortable (maybe too comfortable!) and safe enough to challenge myself. I felt very well heard and understood by Hannah. There was a clear space for exploring, being met with curiosity for whatever would come up (emotions, thoughts etc).

Everything was explained very clearly. I really like this work as it gives me a safe space to attend to whatever comes up. I felt completely free to be me and say whatever I needed to.

“Hannah made me feel very welcome and safe to start with and even though I wasn’t very sure of how to explain what I was dealing with or what to bring to the session she guided me wonderfully into know what issue to explore.  

She asked the right questions at the right time to help me uncover and release some really hidden fears. Hearing what come up had really helped me to see why I’ve been feeling so low recently.  It was a lovely balance of inner work and then also time to look outwardly into how I can move forwards and towards what I want to cause in my life.“
