Introduction to the Archetypes
I wanted to introduce you to the different archetypes that I work with. I work with archetypes as we all need a way of understanding the aspects of ourselves that we are born with.
There’s the Heart-Centred Leader, traditionally known as the King, Queen or Sovereign. It’s the part of us that joyfully leads us through life.
The Action Taker, traditionally known as the Warrior, which is the part of us that can really stand up for us and speak our truth.
The Transformer, traditionally known as the Magician, which is the part of us that can step back and see what’s going on from a removed perspective.
And our Feeling Body, traditionally known as the Lover, which is the part of us that loves to connect to others, to ourselves and to our bodies.
